Budget Web offer a full money back guarantee on all of our web design services. We will design the site and provide a full page mockup by email or post. You then have up to 14 days to request changes or approve the artwork.
You can:
- Ask us to start again with a new designer if you don't like it at all.
- Make minor modifications to the design.
- Make major modifications to the design.
We will make these alterations an UNLIMITED number of times until you are 100% satisfied with the design - if at any point you feel we can't achieve what you are looking for we will cancel the contract and refund you in FULL.
If you ask us to make changes the 14 day guarantee starts again! This means that you always have two weeks from the receipt of changed artwork to make more changes or cancel the contract. We don't know of any other firm that offers such a guarantee on bespoke design services.
